Eminem surely will not letting Nick Canon live down his latest decision to name his daughter, Hailie in a new diss track. Watch out, Nick! Cause “daddy always on the move”.
The feud between Eminem and Nick Cannon seems to be getting worse with the latest diss track released by the Mariah Carey’s ex-husband, and it doesn’t look like going to stop anytime soon. The well-know 47-year-old rapper is completely okay with keeping the tension going between him and Nick, especially when he decided to mention Eminem’s 23-year-old daughter in his new track, “Invitation”.
According to a source who told to HollywoodLife, “Eminem is not going to support anything that Nick Cannon has his hands-on, they are not friends, they will not be friends and Em will never in a million years appear on Nick’s radio show, television show or anything else Nick is involved in.”
The source even added up that this beef seems like going to be something that will last forever due to Nick mentioned Hailie in his diss track and it is completely off-limits. This for sure going to get a lot worse and there is no end in sight for the back and forth disses that are coming up.
Although the feud is bringing out some pretty harsh disses, Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers is having fun with some of it and doesn’t feel that Nick could ever beat him at his own game.
“Marshall is pissed off but also relishing in all of this because he believes Nick is so below him that he will have fun playing with him. Whether it is in the studio or somewhere else, Eminem will get the last laugh. Having said that this isn’t just fun and games. Eminem has a history with Nick that goes way back, he didn’t like him 15 years ago and he for sure doesn’t like him now,” told the second source.
This time around, the longstanding beef against Eminem by Nick also comes with an assist from Suge Knight. The track opens with phoned-in vocals from Knight who is currently imprisoned after being sentenced last year to 28 years in the death of a man during a hit-and-run incident on the set of the movie, “Straight Outta Compton”.
In the track, Knight says, “I know you don’t ever do no talking, but Nick is family.” Nick is also joined by battle rappers Hitman Holla, Charlie Clips and Prince Eazy. Nick and Eminem have been on beefing terms since 2002 after Eminem claimed he had been romantically involved with Mariah Carey, a claim which she has consistently denied.
Carey and Nick were married from 2008 to 2016 and are the parents of twins. Eminem then dragged Carey on songs over the years and Nick got involved in 2009 after Eminem released the track called “Bagpipes from Baghdad” on which he took a swipe at the couple.
Actually, the two rappers have sparred back and forth since then and recently Eminem reignited the feud with a guest spot on the Fat Joe/Dre single, “Lord Above”. Nick then went on his Los Angeles Power 106 FM morning radio show program to call Eminem old and challenged him to come on Nick’s MTV show “Wild ‘N’ Out” where comics engage in diss battles against each other.
Through The Invitation, the diss track from Nick, he again calls Eminem out and makes some dirty allegations about Eminem and his chauffeur which then Eminem responded by tweeting to Nick to stop lying and noting that he’s never employed a chauffeur.
On his tweet, “I demand an apology Nicholas, you’ve made my gardener so jealous!”. Nick then countered back with a video on his Instagram account in which he urged Eminem by using his legal name Marshall to “Come out and play”.
It seems like this going to be a very worse long term feud in history as both rappers kind of enjoy the ride.
